Dear Valued Customer:
As the warmer months approach, we would like to address some procedures concerning our redemption services to make processes easier for both your business and our facilities!
- Please feel free to contact your salesperson with any questions or concerns.
- If you store your returnables outside in cardboard boxes that are not covered, please ask us for plastic tubs with lids.
- Please ONLY have plastic bottles and glass bottles in returnables. No trash/dish clothes/ silverware in returnable bags or tubs.
- Please do not include out-of-state bottles without a Maine returnable sticker. We can NOT accept these bottles and will have to throw these items away.
- Try to keep bags under 20lbs. This will prevent bags from breaking open and broken bottles on your premises. Too many glass bottles make handling extremely difficult.
