1.5 oz Silver Tequila
.75 oz Midori Melon Liqueur
.25 oz Elderflower Liqueur
.5 oz Lime Juice
.25 oz Ginger Syrup*

For Garnish 

Black (or other dark colored) decorated sugar
Lime Wedge


Rim a rocks glass with black decorated sugar. Combine Tequila, Midori Melon Liqueur, Elderflower Liqueur, Lime Juice, and Ginger Syrup in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into the rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

*Ginger Syrup
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Ginger Juice
1/2 cup Water

Combine Sugar, Ginger Syrup, and Water in a small saucepan over low heat. Simmer until all sugar dissolves. Allow to cool.

Beating Heart


2 oz Dark Rum
.5 oz Grape Juice
3 dashes  Angostura Bitters
1 oz Rich Beet Honey Syrup*
1 oz Tonic Water
Small bunch of  Grapes


Combine Dark Rum, Grape Juice, Beet Honey Syrup, and Bitters in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain in a coupe glass. Top with a splash of Tonic Water. Garnish with a small bunch of grapes.

*Rich Beet Honey Syrup
2 cups Honey
1 cup Beet Juice
1/2 cup Water

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk to combine.



2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Vanilla Chai
.5 oz Allen’s Coffee Brandy
1 oz Moxie Soda
A Sprinkle of Nutmeg


Combine Bourbon, Vanilla Chai, Allen’s Coffee Brandy, and Moxie soda in a highball glass over ice. Stir to combine. Garnish with a sprinkle of ground nutmeg.
