🍂 Late Fall Cocktails: Cozy Drinks for Chilly Nights

Ingredients (2):

• 5 oz bourbon
• 1 oz pure maple syrup
• 1 oz apple cider
• 4–6 dashes orange bitters
• Cinnamon stick & orange peel

Instructions:

1. Shake bourbon, maple, cider, bitters with ice.
2. Strain into 2 rocks glasses over ice.
3. Garnish with cinnamon stick & orange peel.

Ingredients (1):

• 2 oz reposado tequila
• 1 oz apple cider syrup*
• 1/2 oz lime juice
• Rim: salt + cinnamon sugar

*Syrup: reduce 4 c. cider + 1/4 c. sugar + cinnamon sticks to ~3/4 c.

Instructions:

1. Rim glass. Shake tequila, syrup, lime with ice.
2. Strain into glass over fresh ice. Garnish apple slice/cinnamon stick.

Ingredients (1):

• 2 oz bourbon
• 3/4 oz sweet vermouth
• 1 oz cranberry juice
• 1/2 oz orange juice

Instructions:

1. Stir all with ice until cold.
2. Strain into coupe/rocks. Garnish orange twist or cranberries.

Ingredients (2):

• 2 c fresh apple cider
• 1/2 c port
• 1/4 c cranberries
• 1–2 cinnamon sticks
• Optional: splash bourbon/brandy

Instructions:

1. Gently heat cider, cranberries, cinnamon (no boil).
2. Stir in port (+ bourbon). Serve hot in mugs.

Ingredients (1):

• 2 oz bourbon
• 1 oz pumpkin purée/syrup
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• Dash bitters or pinch cayenne

Instructions:

1. Shake all with ice until frosty.
2. Strain into rocks over fresh ice. Top with nutmeg/cinnamon.
